What kind of power does a psychic clairvoyant have? What is "clairvoyance"?

Clairvoyance is the ability to see the higher realms, some consider this area to be the astral world. Some human beings, through their spiritual growth, have been able to learn to see frequencies that are not visible to most of us.

Clairvoyance is the art of 'seeing' the future, past, or current situations in the here and now with senses beyond the five we normally use. Clairvoyance is often intertwined with intuition and called the sixth sense.

Clairvoyance is considered to be the ability to see things that others don't, and those that have this power are often able to see things like auras, spirits and finer energies. A psychic clairvoyant often has the ability to see into the future or to know things that others are unable to determine with the normal senses.

This is often why there are many skeptics. Many people think that the only true things in this world are the things they can see, hear, taste, smell, or touch. Clairvoyance is often described as seeing images in your mind as though on a television screen, or even seeing energy forms outside ones self projected from inner vision. A psychic clairvoyant has an extra sensory ability to perceive distant objects, persons or events which are not visible through the normal senses.

This is more commonly known as ESP.

Clairvoyance is frequently thought of as one of the most accurate intuitive abilities and is often divided into three different practices: Precognition, retro cognition, and spontaneous clairvoyance.

A psychic with spontaneous clairvoyance has the ability to see an event while it occurs, no matter how far away it may be.

Retro cognition is just like it sounds, the ability to perceive the past and a psychic with precognition has the ability to perceive the future. Another power of an adept psychic clairvoyant is the ability to use their ESP to see through opaque objects and see distant objects and even events as they occur or have occurred. Most often these perceptions are reported in visual terms, but they may also include auditory impressions, (sometimes called clairaudience) and others not defined here.

A psychic clairvoyant has as previously mentioned extrasensory perception, or ESP. This is any knowledge or consciousness of an event outside of seeing, hearing, tasting, touching, or smelling.

Clairvoyance is often used as an all encompassing term that refers to telepathy, spiritualism, psychic research, second sight, prophetic visions, sixth sense, and true dreams. Advice regarding psychic dreams or any dream for that matter when one wonders if they means anything is that if it is a true psychic impression or information that you need to know is given to you in a dream you will know it. Simple as that. If you wonder if it really means anything it does not.

So a psychic is clairvoyant. Many times you do not see the terms together as it can be confusing to people. All keen psychics have the ability to obtain information without the use of what most people consider ordinary knowledge.
